He basically says that FE exiles in Curse are considering that your NAP with CA is the old NAP with FE. Which means that PA is not allowed into Tribute and Vale.
Thats why they shot at you.
Basically I think you have been sold the wrong NAP by whoever did the negotiation.
So now comes a decision time.
Keep this "NAP" with CA(FE/Oracles) and PA is not allowed into Tribute/Vale.
Or reject the "NAP" and join FU/CoD/RKK/Celest/Norad/Jericho and the northern allies in the fight to make Tribute/Vale a free territory.
And thats pretty much the choice.

LLebring, you and I have had hard words in the past but I really don't like to see you guys getting made to look like idiots over this false NAP. Clearly you expected it to mean something other than ... (FE/Oracles of Curse) keep dominion over Tribute like they did when they still had a corp.
Seriously, bin the NAP and come out fighting. At this stage it really is your best option.

Yes but here is the thing mr Hybrid. PA thought they were getting a NAP that meant they could travel safely in Tribute and Vale and now you have explained that actually they are getting the old FE NAP back tranfered into the name of the Oracles of Curse. Colour that anyway you pleade, but you rooked them good and proper.

Yep eve is a game, and its a damned fun game ;)
So, firstly I'd like to congratulate the Phoenix Alliance for discarding the NAP with the Curse Alliance. I think this is a positive step on the road to recreating some trust and mutual respect in the north.
Can I ask Halseth to clarify the targets for the Phoenix Alliance in Tribute/Vale. Will you be considering FE/CA/Oracles units there to be valid engagement targets and will you be cooporating with RKK and allies to drive out the remnent FE?
Also will the Phoenix Alliance recognise and respect the current intention on the part of the Tribute allies to keep the region free and open to neutral traffic in the future?
